Brian Winter has a strong track record leading high-performance start-up and global sales and marketing organizations. Brian joined Carpathia Hosting from Sun Microsystems, where he served as Vice President of Global Virtualization Software Sales leading the reorganization of the global sales organization and increased sales productivity three-fold in just 12 months. Previously, Brian was Vice President of Marketing for the $5 billion services business at Sun. Prior to joining Sun, Brian was Vice President of Sales and Marketing at SevenSpace, a venture-backed IT services start-up acquired by Sun Microsystems in 2005. Prior to SevenSpace, Winter served in various senior marketing and management roles at USWeb Corporation.
